The pandemic has highlighted massive inequalities and taught us that what worked in the past may not always be suitable and/or effective in the present.

We feel that the world has been moving at a faster pace than it has in years.  The climate keeps on changing and we must ensure we are responsive to this.

In line with the level of development and innovation happening at Teen Action we’ve come to realise the importance of this and have added ‘Innovation’ to our set of core values, something we will be mindful of going forward.
